Since our inception in 1976, Drytac has evolved into a highly regarded manufacturer of adhesive-coated products. With offices around the globe and manufacturing facilities in the United Kingdom and Canada, Drytac serves a truly international marketplace. Our core product line consists of a wide range of self-adhesive print media, pressure sensitive and heat-activated overlaminating films, double-sided mounting adhesives, roller laminators, and portable displays.

- Richard Kelley
In 1963 at the age of 18, Richard left his home in England and immigrated to Canada. For seven years, he was employed in the transportation and food industries. With a keen desire to own his own business, Richard decided to test the waters by starting a small manufacturing business in Ottawa, Canada producing laminated gift and promotional products. In 1972, he obtained the Canadian distributorship for Ademco, a UK supplier of mounting adhesives, heatset films and equipment. Following Ademco's restructuring four years later, Richard established his own brand - Drytac.
Fast forward 33 years and Drytac now has locations in Canada, the United States and Europe supplying a comprehensive range of films, adhesives, liquid laminates, and finishing equipment to customers in the sign, display and graphic industries worldwide.
- Hayden Kelley
As CEO, Hayden Kelley is charged with shaping the future of Drytac. His primary responsibility is to strengthen the brand through innovative product development, collaborative partnerships and streamlined costs. Hayden remains committed to forward-thinking corporate strategies that create tangible value and lead to sustainable growth and profitability, all while building strong relationships with customers and business partners across the globe.
A graduate of Dalhousie University with a BA in Economics and MBA in International Business, Hayden's previous roles include regional sales manager for Drytac’s Western United States territory; vice president of sales and marketing for Drytac Canada; and investment advisor for BMO Nesbitt Burns, a position for which he also received CSE, CPH, WME, and LLQP designations. He also currently serves as managing director of Drytac Europe.
- Marc Oosterhuis

After a brief stint in the Dutch army and the advertising industry, Marc started his career with Sallmetall BV in the Netherlands which at the time was the leading company in the Mounting and Laminating industry in Europe. In 1988, Marc was transferred to Sallmetall’s US operation in Richmond, Virginia which was subsequently acquired by a joint venture of the Saunders Group and Drytac Canada Inc. At Saunders, located in Rochester, NY, he assumed the position of Product Manager for both the Sallmetall and Drytac product lines.
He returned to Richmond in November 1991 to establish Drytac’s first office outside of Canada. From there he oversaw the rapid expansion of Drytac by opening additional distribution centers in the US, the establishment of a manufacturing facility in Bristol UK and corporate acquisitions such as Hot Press, Interlam and Advanced Finishing Solutions. In recognition of his leadership abilities, Marc was appointed President of the Drytac Group of Companies in 1998. He has served on the Board of the IRgA and other trade organizations.
Formally educated in the Netherlands, Marc holds a degree in Commercial Economics specializing in International Marketing from The School for Higher and Economic Education (H.E.A.O.) in Enschede, the Netherlands. He resides with his children in Richmond, Virginia.
- Jerry Hill
- Vice President, Business Development
Jerry Hill has over 20 years of experience in the printing and paper industries. He joined Drytac in 2001 and is now the Vice President of Business Development for North and South America. He is responsible for developing new, non-traditional markets for the Drytac line of products.
Prior to Drytac, Jerry worked for Rexam Graphics (now Intelicoat Technologies) for 17 years. While managing several territories he gained extensive product knowledge selling diazo phototool films, electroluminescent films, and ink jet coated media and ultimately managing the dealer network for North and South America. Jerry holds a bachelors degree in economics from Virginia Polytechnical Institue and is a graduate of the The Horizon Program at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business.

Sandy has been an asset to Drytac for over 15 years. Besides assisting customers on a daily basis with product information and order requests, she also processes monthly customer statements and accounts receivable.

Amy has been with Drytac for more than 10 years. She handles all aspects of customer orders and requests to ensure customers receive the products they need in a timely manner.
- Helen O'Bryant

With 20 years of service to Drytac, Helen is very knowledgeable about a wide variety of Drytac products, including the company's line of banner stands and portable displays. She manages inventory of banner stand and portable display products and assists customers with special order requests. Helen holds a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.
