For a competitive edge in specialty plaque manufacturing, the DES-1 automated edge finishing system is the professional choice for mid to high-volume operations. The continuous feed unit is easy to set up and operate, performing both shaping and foil application steps in a single pass.

This easy-to-use, continuous-feed system allows operators of almost any skill level to produce quality plaques in quantity. Simply feed the mounted and laminated images in one end of the system and the DES-1 does the rest. The DES-1 first rims and bevels the mounted substrate, then applies the thermal set decorative edge foil.
