Bubble-Free Hand Application of Graphics to Windows and Glass
The blue grid pattern embossed in the release liner transfers to the substrate, providing a visual reference for alignment.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
WindowTac™ is clear 2 mil PVC (vinyl), coated on one side with a removable and repositionable aqueous adhesive and a permanent solvent acrylic adhesive on the other. This repositionable adhesive is protected by a semi-clear, embossed filmic liner with a blue grid pattern. The grid transfers an embossed pattern into the adhesive coating. The permanent adhesive side is protected by a white silicone coated paper liner.

SUGGESTED APPLICATIONS:
WindowTac was specifically designed to make facemounting on glass easy. No bubbles, no wrinkles and no need for a wet application using a “soapy” concoction. The micro grooves in the removable adhesive allow easy air evacuation, which facilitates standard application using a squeegee or burnishing pad. WindowTac can also be used in "non-facemount” hand applications. Apply the smooth permanent adhesive side to the back/rear of the print and the textured side to the mounting surface.
1. Ensure windows are cleaned thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Laminate the permanent adhesive to the face side of the image.
3. Remove embossed release liner and apply by hand with a squeegee, exerting minimum pressure.
4. The micro grooves incorporated into the adhesive layer allow air to evacuate during installation, assuring an easy, bubble-free installation.
5. The image can be repositiond up to ten times without compromising the micro grooves.
6. All the image to cure to 24 hours for optimimum bonding.

NOTE: When applying to clear acrylic, ensure that the material has been thoroughly cured in order to eliminate out-gassing.
