Drytac to shine new light on retail graphics at ISA International Sign Expo

Drytac® will be delivering a must-see presentation on retail graphics media at the forthcoming ISA International Sign Expo, demonstrating its position as an authority in this sector.

‘Tried and tested’: supercars get perfect finish with Drytac Spray Booth Liners


Lloyds Autobody, a specialist in body and paintwork repairs for premium and luxury cars, says it has relied on a Spray Booth Liner from Drytac® for the past five years.

Lloyds Autobody was established in Liverpool, UK in 1987, specialising in accident repairs for luxury vehicle brands. Say I do to customized wedding floors

Floor graphics are fantastic way to grab attention in a range of environments. Displaying special offers in a shopping centre, directional information in a hospital or transport hub, marking out zones at an exhibition or trade show – floors offer a new dimension. Graphics are also ideal for customizing what can be a featureless empty space, turning a room into something magical, even making a newly married couple’s first dance extra special.

Recently, I gave my daughter a beautiful surprise for her wedding by transforming a plain floor into a customized dance floor. I had a custom checkered design with the couple’s new monogram printed on an EFI VUTEk onto Drytac SpotOn Floor 200, a media specifically designed to add effective graphics to standard common floor coverings. This 8-mil (200 micron) embossed printable white matte monomeric PVC film designed for short-term, indoor floor graphics with no need for lamination, featuring Drytac’s innovative ‘dot pattern’ adhesive for clean removal.

Drytac SpotOn Floor 200 has been developed to be so easy to use that, as I’ve said, ‘a salesperson can do it’ (yours truly!). I was really impressed; despite having no prior large floor graphic installation experience myself, I was able to complete the install in under an hour. In doing so, I was able to ensure my daughter had the perfect surprise for her wedding.

Drytac Europe announces new appointments to support expanded dealer network

Drytac®, a leading international manufacturer of self-adhesive materials for the large format print and signage markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Regional Sales Managers at Drytac Europe.

Ian Farrand and Dave Newbery will oversee Drytac’s business development in the north and south of England respectively, with Ian based in West Yorkshire, and Dave in Essex. The appointments have been made to support Drytac’s dealer network, which sees Perfect Colours, Soyang, Granthams, Sabur and CSL Digital join existing sales partner Antalis to significantly expand Drytac’s distribution channels.

On Ian’s new appointment at Drytac, Regional Sales Manager Ian Farrand comments: “Having worked in distribution for the last 25 years I am thrilled to have joined Drytac, a leading manufacturer of self-adhesive coated products. I am looking forward to my new role of Regional Sales Manager where I am extremely keen to grow the business for Drytac in the north of England, and feel that my years of experience and knowledge will be invaluable.

Epson UK – Stand – B10 Hall 9

The Epson booth will get a Drytac makeover each day, with Drytac Academy Manager Gareth Newman changing the graphics live on the theme of spring, summer, autumn and winter. This dedicated Drytac area of the Epson stand will showcase ReTac, SpotOnViziPrint and SpotOn Floor, while a feature wall will be decorated with ReTac Textures and each of the Epson printers on display will be running Drytac materials. Epson will be running 2 x SureColor 80600 Eco Solvent printers, these machines will rotate around various Drytac products during the show, including, SpotOn Floor 200, ViziPrint Impress Clear SEL, Polar Chrome and ReTac Textures. In addition, Drytac will be re-wrapping part of the Epson stand live every day. 

Fujifilm – Stand – F50 Hall 9

On the Fujifilm stand, visitors will have the opportunity to meet explorer and writer Sir Ranulph Fiennes, champion boxer Chris Eubank, and Masterchef presenter and cookery writer Gregg Wallace, during book-signing sessions in a booth decorated using Drytac ReTac Textures material. This embossed film adds depth and visual appeal to flat surfaces such as walls and exhibition stands, and will be changed every day of The Print Show to reflect the celebrity guest.

HP – Stand – B01 Hall 9

HP will be showcasing their HP Latex 570 which will be running Polar Chrome, ViziPrint Deco SR and SpotOn Floor 200. Visitors can gain more information about Drytac and HP products during daily stand tours.

Hybrid (UK Mimaki Dealer) – Stand – E10 Hall 9
