ArtShield HeatSet films are high-quality, pre-perforated PVC laminating films designed specifically for the photo, art, and framing markets. Engineered for consistent results, these films can be applied quickly and easily using most mechanical, hard bed, or vacuum-type mounting presses.

These films bond effectively to a wide range of media—including inkjet prints, photographic paper, and canvas—making them a versatile choice for a variety of specialty and display applications. The optimum activation temperature is 185°F+ (85°C+).

Each film is coated with a pH-neutral, heat-activated solvent acrylic adhesive for a secure, long-lasting bond that won’t compromise the integrity of delicate media.

To ensure longevity, ArtShield films also contain UV stabilizers, which help prevent film degradation over time while providing additional UV protection to the underlying image—ideal for framed pieces exposed to light in galleries, homes, or commercial environments.
