In a rapidly evolving print sector, Drytac continues to develop and bring innovative products to the market that help users create remarkable applications. Those innovations are only possible because of constant feedback from customers and close collaboration with print service providers (PSPs) to ensure new products meet real-world needs.
As we near the end of what has been another busy year for Drytac and its customers, we celebrate some of the best work from regions around the world.
Work of art from OG Slick

Renowned graffiti artist and streetwear pioneer OG Slick linked up with Drytac and Mimaki USA for an art show at a Los Angeles gallery. Hosted at Legacy West Media, ‘I 🙂 LA’ celebrated the California city, where the artist, whose real name is Richard P. Wyrgatsch II, has lived since the mid-1980s.
OG Slick, in collaboration with Mimaki USA and Drytac, created durable floor graphics that extended his artwork and branding seamlessly into the physical space. Drytac’s SpotOn Floor 200 was selected for its simplicity, performance, and time-saving qualities, with all elements printed on a Mimaki UCJV300 and installed by the artist himself.
The finished graphics met both aesthetic and functional demands, withstanding the show’s duration and enhancing the gallery’s atmosphere.
Celebrating American heritage

Pennsylvania-based digital printing business Berry & Homer and parent fabrication and installation company Roe Fabricators used Drytac ViziPrint Impress Clear optically clear PET film to create stunning interior graphics for the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, PA.
Using an Epson SureColor S80600L, Berry & Homer and Roe Fabricators printed decorative graphics for a glass railing inside the venue, before its expert team completed the installation in line with the quick turnaround time set by the client. Working with the easily removable ViziPrint film also meant complying with certain restrictions on what could be placed on the glass surfaces at the location.
“The installation turned out great,” said Tyler Pendzik, Designer and Social Media Manager for Berry & Homer. “The client loved it and we’re happy we made the call to use this film. The customer was then able to cleanly remove the film themselves after the event with ease.”
Making an impact at Gas Monkey Icehouse

Texas-based vehicle and building wraps specialist DTX Wraps used Drytac’s Polar Grip Air permanent self-adhesive vinyl to create interior and exterior graphics for use at Gas Monkey Icehouse, a new concept from the nearby, world-famous Gas Monkey Garage.
To ensure durability in a busy public setting, DTX Wraps combined Polar Grip Air with Weathershield Matte overlaminate which is rated for up to seven years outdoors and carries multiple fire certifications.
The company printed all elements in-house on its Epson SureColor SC-S80600L before installing the graphics on location ahead of the venue opening to the public.
“We know Drytac products well, which is why we trusted them for such a high-profile project,” said CJ Reichwein, Managing Partner of DTX Wraps. “The install went smoothly, and the feedback has been incredible; people have called it everything from ‘beautiful’ to ‘kick-ass’.”
Match made in heaven

In the UK, Nettl at Digiprint Bath and Chippenham used Polar Premium Air self-adhesive vinyl to produce a set of eye-catching graphics for Milsom Place, a prestigious shopping area and also the venue in which Channel 4’s First Dates is filmed.
The company was tasked with creating graphics to obscure building works while also enhancing the space to fit in with the premium nature of the shopping centre and draw interest from passers-by. Working with Polar Premium Air and its bubble-free application technology allowed for easy installation, while Nettl printed all graphics in-house using its HP Latex R1000.
Ben Gregory, Director of Nettl at Digiprint said: “The easy to fit, bubble-free technology made installation a breeze and with the classic matte finish, it gave a high-end look.”
Fantastic looking fitness

UK-based sign-making business Signs Express Bristol used SpotOn White monomeric PVC film to produce an impressive set of window graphics for a new Luxe Fitness gym in Birmingham.
The main challenge for the company was that the graphics needed to be installed while renovation work was ongoing and could be removed easily once work was completed. After speaking with the team at Premier, the exclusive Drytac stockist in the UK and Ireland, SpotOn White was identified as the best solution.
Super-Wide Digital, a specialist trade-only wide-format print company that Sign Express Bristol often works with, printed the graphics using HP Latex technology. Specialist staff from Sign Express Bristol then installed the graphics on-location at the Birmingham site.
“The Luxe Fitness team was over the moon with the smooth, sleek print and natural matte finish,” said Jake Jenkins, Office Manager of Signs Express Bristol. “They commented on the speed of our installation and the fact we managed to save half a day on a three-day project, purely because of how easy the material was to use.”
Stunning seaside graphics

South Australia-based sign-maker Vision Sign Works used Drytac’s Polar Premium and Weathershield Matte overlaminating film to produce stunning exterior graphics for use at a seaside area in Adelaide.
Due to the seafront location, Vision identified the need to work with materials that would not only ensure the printed applications looked the part but would also stand the test of time due to being constantly exposed to the elements. As such, it elected to pair Polar Premium with Weathershield Matte, purchased from Shann Digital Print Media (DPM), part of The Shann Group and Drytac’s exclusive distribution partner in Australia.
Vision printed all the graphics in-house on its HP Latex 365 printer and, despite running into several issues with the weather in Adelaide, was able to complete installation successfully.
“Being so close to the ocean, we did run into a few installation problems,” said Kai Waters, Owner of Vision. “It was already super-hot at 8am in the morning, which meant the vinyl wanted to stretch and stick to anything, while in the afternoon, it was blowing a gale. We even lost one sheet of backing paper in a vertical wind vortex, landing on the second to top story balcony. But as Polar Premium is such a fantastic vinyl to work with, we completed the installation on time.”
